Susan L. Ackerman and Cynthia L. Duffy

Susan L. Ackerman and Cynthia L. Duffy serve as Senior Managers and Consultants for Zealy Stewart & Associates, assisting multinational and global organizations in targeting future staffing and management needs and requirements. Working in concert with Zealy Stewart & Associates research department, they conduct individualized and customized searches to identify and interest best-in-class candidates, who have a proven track record of enhancing strategic value to the company. Responsible for the healthcare, consumer, insurance, hi-tech, financial and human resource practices, they forge relationships with both existing and potential clients within those industries, as well as with candidates, helping them manage each step in the search process, from initial contact to final offer.

Prior to working at Zealy Stewart, Cindi was responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans for Employee Relations projects and initiatives at American Re-Insurance Company, researching and establishing industry standards. She has also worked for Eagle Asset Management, a division of Raymond James Financial, as a Regional Sales Associate and for Kaset International, a global training and consulting company.

Cindi has a BA in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Florida and is working toward a Masters in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University.

Susan Ackerman most recent position prior to join Zealy, Stewart was as Human Resources Director at Educational Design Inc. where she was responsible for acquiring, deploying and retaining a quality workforce in order to create a more effective organization during a period of substantial growth. Prior to this position, she was Director of Operations for The Halstead property Company, a growing real estate company. At Halstead she integrated standard procedures and policies within different cultures in the company; researched and implemented program enhancements; and evaluated and assisted developers in customizing company information systems.

Susan has a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian Language and Psychology from Sarah Lawrence University.
