Monica Tracey and Nokware Knight
Monica Tracey and Nokware Knight serve as Senior Consultants for Zealy Stewart & Associates, data-mining diverse sources to identify the best-in-class candidates for clients. They work with job specs, shepherding them through their life cycle from initial contact to final offer. Nokware and Monica provide clear and comprehensive strategy to ZSA senior management to effectively identify appropriate executives through targeted original research that usually results in the optimal candidate for a position. Moreover, they develop, write and refine job requisitions and resumes. Using research as a strategic tool to refine their expertise on industry trends, key executives, new products, and emerging technologies, they also work closely with the client hiring manager to craft appropriate compensation packages once an offer is tendered. In addition, they maintain all proprietary databases.
Prior to joining Zealy Stewart, Monica held a series of TV production positions, where she honed her research skills. She worked at True Entertainment on the “A Baby Story” series, assisting producers with fieldwork and reviewing, logging and selecting footage for the producers. At Nassau Broadcasting, she researched and organized promotional events, and at Fox Philadelphia, she researched targeted questions for news conferences, and researched and conducted news interviews. Monica earned a B.A. degree in Journalism from Rutgers University.
Previous to Zealy Stewart, Nokware had experience with a wide range of research positions, including working for Bloomberg in the data department using electronic media as a research tool. He also functioned in the finance and marketing departments of Johns Hopkins International Services, researching and reporting on the economy, healthcare market and policy, major healthcare facilities, government and education in Trinidad & Tobago, Algeria, and Mexico. He prepared policy manuals, marketing and business plans and competitive analysis. He assisted in Excel-based analysis and forecasting of regional revenues, expenses, and variance, and sorted key indicator performance statements for distribution to appropriate specialists.
Earlier, he served as an eMarketing Intern at Ferrara & Company, a consumer products marketing and advertising firm in Princeton, NJ. There, Nokware completed eLandscapes, presented competitive analysis, and compiled lists of relevant websites for the e-Marketing team. He was also an International Operations Intern for the Maryland State Department of Business and Economic Development, where, among other responsibilities, he researched local companies and international activity. He also worked for the Information Center at Unilever-Bestfoods in Somerset, NJ and was a Subject Locator/Retriever for Mathematica Policy Research, Plainsboro, NJ. Nokware earned a B.A. degree in Marketing/Business Administration from Towson University in Towson, MD.
