The Consultation

  • Identifying potential sources for “ideal candidate,” both locally, nationally and internationally
  • Exhaustively researching and searching for qualified candidates through databases, networking and other venues
  • Targeting candidates within these sources who match client specifications as closely as possible
  • Contacting those candidates to gauge interest
  • Personally interviewing and pre-screening select candidates with the “ideal person profile” as benchmark
  • Reviewing references
  • Submitting periodic reports to client to refine and redefine search parameters as needed

The Presentation

  • Providing a resume, preliminary reference check, salary history and synopsis of our personal interviews with final candidates
  • Offering an in-depth interview assessment
  • Participating in final evaluation if client so desires

The Offer

  • Developing an in-depth reference report of final candidate
  • Negotiating terms and conditions of employment, if desired – acting as an objective third party
